Coordinated by ANKA with the support of the Erasmus+ Programme and the Turkish National Agency, preparations for Youth4Green: Digital Leaders for a Sustainable Europe have been completed. The project’s international training course will take place in Silivri, Istanbul, on 19–26 September 2025 .
40 youth workers expected from Norway, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Azerbaijan and Türkiye will come together to work on climate change, sustainable development and digital transformation . The training will discuss new approaches within the European Green Deal framework and develop knowledge and skills that participants can bring back to their communities.
Project Objective
Youth4Green aims to strengthen youth workers’ and volunteer leaders’ knowledge and skills in the environment and climate. Participants will gain theoretical knowledge and, through workshops, group work and intercultural exchange, become ready to run projects that raise sustainability awareness in their local communities.
Event Details
Date: 19–26 September 2025
Venue: Selimpaşa Borsa İstanbul MTAL Training Hotel, Silivri – Istanbul
Number of Participants: Approximately 40 people from 6 countries (5 participants from each partner country)
Accommodation: Shared rooms for 3 people, full board (3 meals + coffee breaks)
Working Language: English
Certification: Participants will receive a Youthpass certificate
Travel and Costs
Participants’ travel expenses will be covered according to Erasmus+ distance calculations. Round-trip travel support for all partner countries will be provided up to 275 EUR .
Reimbursements will be made only by bank transfer; no cash payments will be made.
Complete tickets, boarding passes and payment documents must be submitted for reimbursement.
Payments will be made after participation has been completed and the project has been approved by the National Agency.
Participant Responsibilities
Full attendance at all training sessions
Support for visibility and dissemination activities
Organising at least one promotional event in their home country after the project
Arranging their own travel and health insurance
Preparing traditional food and drinks, cultural materials or a short presentation for the Intercultural Night

Youth4Green: Digital and Green Leaders Meet in Europe project (19–26 September 2025, Silivri – Istanbul) requires all selected participants to complete the official Participant Registration and Information Form.
This form is mandatory for participation in the project. The information collected will be processed solely for project purposes in accordance with European Commission regulations and GDPR .
The form will ask you to provide:
Personal information (full name, date of birth, nationality, passport/ID details and contact information)
Dietary preferences (standard, halal, vegetarian, vegan or other)
Health information and special needs (if applicable)
Agreement to participate in the Youthpass process and project evaluations
