Our Secretary General is nature’s voice within the organisation. She calculates the carbon footprint of our projects, develops training modules and conveys environmental awareness to young people as a philosophy of life rather than an academic subject.

The voice of youth on the board. He brings the direct representation and expectations of young people in the field into the organisation’s strategic decisions.

Abdurrahman Temelli
He coordinates ESC humanitarian aid projects. He is also an experienced humanitarian aid volunteer, trainer and facilitator.

The unifying power of sport. He designs training that develops team dynamics among young people through physical activity and outdoor methods.

The shield of physical activities. She is responsible for maintaining order and ensuring participant safety and safeguarding during large youth activities.

The natural bridge between local communities and our project. She plays an active role in local communication and in helping women from disadvantaged areas participate in projects.
DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR

The dynamic force in the digital field. He produces media content for activities and maximises the project’s digital visibility through social media.
LOGISTICS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Serhat Atasayar
He coordinates logistics on the ground, including travel planning, airport transfers and local transport, to ensure youth exchanges run smoothly.
ORIENTATION OFFICER
Kerem Atasayar
He is responsible for human resources and adaptation activities. He keeps the ESC volunteer network motivated and manages local orientation for participants arriving from abroad.
DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANT

The data and archive assistant. He ensures that Europass certificates, attendance sheets and legal project documents are prepared in full.

A builder of intercultural dialogue. He leads icebreakers and energisers that overcome communication barriers in multinational projects.

An ambassador to youth councils. He continually expands the association’s grassroots volunteer network by building connections with high school and university communities.

The voice of disadvantaged groups in the field. She mentors young women and young people with special needs to support their active participation in projects.

A champion of environmental awareness. He prepares recycling materials for sustainability workshops and monitors the implementation of zero-waste practices.

He assists trainers in putting training scenarios into practice and designs the presentation materials required.

He analyses data, administers evaluation surveys at the beginning and end of projects, and digitises participant feedback for reporting.
