- Name of the Association: The name of the association is ANKA FUTURE AND INNOVATION ASSOCIATION.
- Headquarters of the Association: The headquarters of the association is in ISTANBUL. The association may open branches or representative offices domestically and abroad by the decision of the general assembly.
- Emblem of the Association: The emblem determined by the decision of the Board of Directors is reported to the local civil administration and used within official permissions.

ASSOCIATION CHARTER AND LEGAL BASIS.
The official charter text determining the legal structure, mission, and management principles of the ANKA Future and Innovation Association.
SECTION II: PURPOSE AND ACTIVITIES
The main purpose of the association is to take an active role in technological transformation processes, promote digital innovation, and produce global projects for a sustainable future.
- Digital Innovation: To conduct training and awareness studies in the field of future technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Industry 4.0).
- Green Transition: To develop international strategies focused on combating the climate crisis, circular economy, and renewable energy.
- Social Impact: To strengthen the employability of youth and disadvantaged groups by increasing their digital competencies.
- International Partnership: To establish and manage strategic partnerships within the scope of European Union programs (Erasmus+, ESC).
SECTION III: MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
- Right to Membership: Any real and legal person who has the capacity to act and has adopted the goals of the association can become a member.
- Resignation from Membership: Every member has the right to resign from the association membership provided that they give written notice.
- Dismissal from Membership: The membership of those who act contrary to the association's charter or fail to fulfill their dues obligation is terminated by the decision of the Board of Directors.
SECTION IV: ASSOCIATION ORGANS
GENERAL ASSEMBLY
It is the most authorized decision-making organ of the association. It consists of all principal members and meets at the times specified in the charter.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
It consists of 5 principal and 5 substitute members. It represents the association, manages the budget, and makes operational decisions.
AUDIT BOARD
It consists of 3 principal and 3 substitute members. It audits the accounts of the association and its compliance with the charter.
SECTION V: FINANCIAL PROVISIONS
- Income Sources: Membership dues, donations, social activity revenues, and grant funds provided by official institutions (National Agency, etc.).
- Borrowing Procedures: The association may borrow from internal or external sources by the decision of the Board of Directors to achieve its goals.
- Records and Archives: The association is obliged to keep all official books (Decisions, Operations, Member Registration) required by the legislation and back them up digitally.
