Ortağı olduğumuz KA220 projesi “Bilgi ve Veri Güvenliği ile Güçlenen Sivil Toplum Girişimleri” kapsamında ilk Ulusötesi Proje Toplantısı (TPM-1) için bir araya geliyoruz.

Bu toplantı, projenin resmî başlangıcı olacak ve tüm ortakların ortak bir vizyon ve yol haritası üzerinde buluşmasını sağlayacaktır. Toplantı süresince:

✔️ Projenin vizyonu, hedefleri ve sorumluluklar paylaşılacak,
✔️ Çalışma paketleri (Work Packages) ve beklenen çıktılar gözden geçirilecek,
✔️ Genel zaman çizelgesi ve temel kilometre taşları onaylanacak,
✔️ İzleme ve değerlendirme yöntemleri tartışılacak,
✔️ 1. ve 2. Çalışma Paketlerinin uygulama adımları planlanacak,
✔️ Güçlü işbirliği için iletişim ve koordinasyon mekanizmaları oluşturulacak.

Dernek olarak, sivil toplum kuruluşlarının dijital çağda daha güvenli ve dayanıklı hale gelmesi için bu ortaklığın parçası olmaktan gurur duyuyoruz.

English Version (TPM-1)

As one of the official partners of the KA220 project “Civil Society Initiatives Strengthened with Information and Data Security”, we are pleased to announce the first Transnational Project Meeting (TPM-1).

⏰ Time: 11:00 – 16:00
📍 Venue: SETA Istanbul Office

This meeting will mark the official start of the project and bring all partners together to establish a common vision and roadmap. During the sessions, partners will:

✔️ Align on the project’s vision, objectives, and responsibilities,
✔️ Review work packages and expected outcomes,
✔️ Approve the overall timeline and key milestones,
✔️ Discuss monitoring and evaluation methodologies,
✔️ Plan the implementation of Work Package 1 and Work Package 2,
✔️ Establish communication and coordination mechanisms to ensure effective collaboration.
