SECURE-CS TPM-2 Meeting Held in Trondheim

The second Transnational Project Meeting of the SECURE-CS project, “Civil Society Initiatives Strengthened with Information and Data Security,” was held in Trondheim, Norway on 13 September 2025, hosted by TTB.

As an important coordination milestone of the project, TPM-2 brought partners together to review the progress achieved since the first project meeting and to plan the next implementation steps. The meeting focused on ensuring that the project’s activities, intellectual outputs, dissemination work, and upcoming training processes continue in a coordinated and results-oriented way.

Project partners gathered in Trondheim for the second Transnational Project Meeting of SECURE-CS, focusing on project progress, intellectual outputs, dissemination planning, and upcoming training activities.

During the meeting, partners discussed the current status of the SECURE-CS project and evaluated the work completed so far. Special attention was given to the development and implementation of the project’s intellectual outputs, particularly IO-1 and IO-2, which form the core of the project’s capacity-building and digital security awareness work.

One of the key agenda items was the presentation of the Curriculum for Developing Digital Security Infrastructure through Civil Society. The curriculum was presented by Erman Akıllı on behalf of SETA and shared with all partners for their contributions, comments, and feedback. This exchange helped strengthen the content quality and ensured that the curriculum would respond more effectively to the needs of civil society organizations.

“TPM-2 strengthened the project’s implementation rhythm by connecting partner coordination, intellectual output development, and the next steps of SECURE-CS in one shared roadmap.”

The meeting also created space to discuss dissemination strategies and preparations for the next Learning, Teaching, and Training activities. Partners exchanged views on how to increase the visibility of project results, reach relevant target groups, and ensure that the outputs are accessible, practical, and useful for civil society actors working in different local and national contexts.

In addition to the host organization TTB, the meeting brought together representatives from SETA, SETA Brussels, ANKA Youth Association, TÜGVA, and MHRA. This partner participation strengthened the international cooperation structure of the project and supported a shared understanding of the upcoming tasks.

TPM-2 was not only a planning meeting, but also a practical checkpoint for improving the effectiveness of ongoing work in civil society, information security, and data protection. By reviewing progress and aligning future actions, the partners reinforced the project’s contribution to safer and more resilient digital practices within civil society.
