About the Project

Applications are now open for young people from Türkiye to join the Youth4Green Training Course, implemented by ANKA Gelecek ve Yenilik Derneği and supported by the European Commission’s Erasmus+ Programme.

The project will bring together young people from different European countries in İstanbul to explore green transition, digital transformation, sustainability, intercultural learning and youth participation through non-formal education activities.

About the Youth4Green Training Course

Youth4Green is designed to strengthen young people’s awareness, skills and active participation in the green and digital transition. During the training course, participants will take part in interactive workshops, group activities, intercultural sessions and youth forums focused on today’s key environmental and digital challenges.

The programme will include:

Green transition workshops covering climate change, sustainable cities, environmentally friendly lifestyles and practical sustainability actions.

Digital skills sessions focusing on data security, digital content creation, online collaboration tools and responsible digital participation.

Intercultural learning activities bringing together young people from across Europe through teamwork, cultural exchange and shared learning experiences.

Youth forums where participants will develop common ideas and practical solutions on sustainability, digitalisation and youth engagement.

Why Join Youth4Green?

By joining Youth4Green, participants will improve their knowledge of environmental sustainability, develop practical digital skills and gain hands-on experience in international youth work. They will also become part of a wider European youth network and build new connections with peers from different countries.

Applications will be collected only through the online application form. The application deadline is 16 September 2025. After the evaluation process, only selected candidates will be contacted.

Who Can Apply?

In line with the European Union’s inclusion objectives, our doors are open to anyone who is highly motivated and eager to learn. We base our selection on these core criteria.

  • Being aged between 18 and 30 (no upper age limit applies to the Group Leader).
  • Holding citizenship of the Republic of Türkiye or a valid legal residency permit.
  • Having a strong interest in digital media and combating cyberbullying.
  • Possessing a basic level of English (A2-B1) sufficient for self-expression. We are not looking for flawless grammar; we are looking for the courage to communicate!

Inclusion & Diversity Priority

Our selection committee will give priority to applications from young people who have never traveled abroad (first-time travelers) and candidates facing geographical, economic, or social obstacles

Accommodation & Financial Conditions

Travel & Visa Reimbursement

We will reimburse your travel expenses up to a maximum of 275 EUR in strict compliance with the Erasmus+ distance band rules. We will also cover your visa-related costs within this allocated total limit.

Accommodation & Food

We will provide 100% project-funded accommodation at our Sarajevo facility, arranging international shared rooms for 3-4 participants. We will also cover your three daily meals in full throughout the mobility.

Youthpass Certificate

Participants who fully attend all workshops will earn the official Youthpass certificate, recognized by the European Commission and structured around the 8 Key Competences. An excellent reference for your CV!
