Work Packages and Project Results
Ensures monitoring, quality assurance, budget control and risk management throughout the project. An evaluation team with one representative per partner tracks progress via digital tools, internal reviews and external evaluation.
Three TPMs (Türkiye, Norway, North Macedonia) bring all partners together to align on objectives, review mid-term progress, and assess final results and sustainability. Each meeting gathers 12 participants (2 per partner).
Three LTTs (Türkiye, Belgium, North Macedonia) build the digital, cyber-security and data-protection skills of education, youth and sport professionals, who exchange best practice and develop concrete action plans for their own organisations.
Delivers the core outputs IO-1, a curriculum/toolkit for building digital-security capacity through civil society, and IO-2, an online platform where organisations test their own digital-security readiness, disseminated via two multiplier events reaching 300+ participants.
