Where Did We Start,
Where Are We Going?
Every great journey begins with a small and sincere step. Our organic adventure stretching from the field where we learned by touching society, to the projects where we shape Europe's crisis management.
Seed and Soil: Landing in the Field
We took the first step in Istanbul with inclusive sports programs we initiated for disadvantaged and disabled individuals. Before writing projects in plazas, we understood people on the streets. Our "Leave no one behind" (Inclusion) philosophy, which forms the backbone of all our international consortia today, took root in those fields.
Digital Breakthrough: Turning Crisis into Opportunity
When the pandemic stopped the whole world, we accelerated. By becoming one of the pioneers of online youth work, we turned the crisis into an adaptation test. We listened to the new needs of youth and designed the first international modules that increase the capacity of civil society in the field of "Digital Transformation" during this period.
Strategic Depth: The European Arena
In full compliance with the European Youth Strategy, we moved our activities to the field of Environmental Sustainability. We were no longer just participants, but playmakers. With sectoral reference projects like "Youth4Green" and "NGO 2.0," we put the young leaders of the green economy onto the field together with our European partners.
Transcending Boundaries: Global Authority
We carried our sphere of influence to a global scale by exceeding the goals of the European Youth Strategy. Now, we are an international actor carrying hope not only for our own society but also to the most challenging regions of the world.

Humanitarian Aid Network.
The European Commission has registered ANKA's financial transparency, operational capacity, and crisis management standards with the most prestigious accreditation, the ESC Humanitarian Aid Quality Label. We prepare equipped volunteers for the world's most challenging crisis regions and carry Europe's network of compassion and solidarity directly beyond borders.

Mustafa Tuncer
The compass of the organization. He establishes the architecture of international projects, manages the budget, and draws our vision. He ensures that ideas turn into real stories in the field.
Abdurrahman Temelli
The invisible hero of the system. With his digital intelligence, he turns complex EU projects into field operations that run like clockwork. Process tracking and quality are his expertise. He is also experienced and a volunteer in the field of Humanitarian Aid.
Reyhan Tilbaç Tuncer
The empathy center of the team. She manages the adaptation process of hundreds of international participants, builds strong bonds with our foreign partners, and solves crises with a smile.
Meryem Yılmaz
The voice of nature. She calculates the carbon footprint of our projects, develops training modules, and conveys environmental awareness to youth not as an academic but as a life philosophy.
Deniz Aksu
The guarantee that no one is left behind. She finds young people with social or economic barriers, mentors them, and paves the way for them to be the protagonists of their own stories.
Noor Talas
The spiritual shield of our volunteers who take to the field, especially in Humanitarian Aid operations. She is the guarantee of crisis management and Europe's protection standards in the field.
