He is the main leader of the ESC team, responsible for coordinating the full volunteer cycle, managing partnerships, and ensuring that all activities follow ESC quality and safety standards. With over a decade of experience in project management and youth empowerment, he guides the team and keeps all processes organised and supportive for volunteers.

ESC Inclusion & Intercultural Support Officer
She focuses on intercultural communication and volunteer integration. She helps volunteers adapt to the local environment, encourages positive communication, and supports them in navigating cultural differences so they feel included and confident throughout their service.
Abdurrahman Temelli
ESC Project Coordinator
He supports the planning and daily implementation of volunteer activities, using his strong background in digital tools and youth capacity building. He helps volunteers understand tasks clearly, coordinates their schedules, and ensures that the programme runs smoothly and efficiently.
Meryem Yılmaz
ESC Volunteer Support & Daily Mentoring Officer
She helps volunteers adapt to their routine, assists them with daily tasks, and checks that their working environment is safe, supportive, and well-organised. She also follows their learning progress and provides friendly, practical guidance.
Furkan Külünk
ESC Operational & Logistics Support Officer
He supports the practical side of volunteer activities, helping arrange materials, workspaces, and simple logistics. He ensures volunteers understand how daily tasks are organised and helps maintain an orderly and functional environment.
Mehmet Veysi Adam
ESC Digital & Visibility Support Coordinator
He helps volunteers with digital tools, creative content preparation, and simple documentation tasks. Through his experience in digital storytelling and creative media, he supports volunteer visibility work, social media posts, and digital reporting.
Ayşe Nur Erdem
ESC Learning & Youthpass Officer
She guides volunteers in identifying their learning goals, supports them through the youthpass process, and helps them reflect on what they learn during their service. Her background in youth employment and social inclusion ensures volunteers receive clear guidance for their personal and professional development.
Selin Yılmaz
ESC Environmental & Safety Support Officer
She provides expertise in protection and psychosocial support, offering guidance to the team on safe practices, referral pathways and support for vulnerable groups. She helps ensure that activities remain sensitive, ethical and centered on the wellbeing of people receiving assistance.
